WHO WE ARE
Groove Therapy is a San Diego–based cover band creating a modern spin on classic soul, R&B, funk, rock, and blues. Our goal is to produce authentic renditions of timeless songs, spanning a wide range of genres and eras. We are dedicated to crafting a sound that resonates across generations, bringing people together to check their troubles at the door, enjoy a night out, and get their groove on.
We play music from a diverse set of artists known for getting crowds dancing and singing along, including (but not limited to!) Stevie Wonder, Chaka Khan, Chic, Donna Summer, Michael Jackson, Prince, Hall & Oates, Santana, The B-52’s, David Bowie, Huey Lewis & The News, Lizzo, and more—blending classic dance-floor staples with modern favorites that keep the energy high all night.
